Diamonds Nick & Stephanie Nwoke

At 19 years old, Nick and Stephanie Nwoke started with Amway business powered by Britt Worldwide. Both were attending great colleges, Haverford College and Swarthmore College respectively, as full time students and working several part time jobs to help pay their studies. Nick was biology major on the pre-med track while Stephanie was a pre-law honors student. Although they were not in the best financial position and came from very humble backgrounds, they had high hopes to create success for themselves in corporate America.

However, “deep down inside [they] knew that [they] needed to create income outside of the traditional means of a job”. They had each seen their single moms fight and live pay-check to pay-check following corporate America. “[They] just didn’t want to wake up one day at the top of the ladder and find out it was leaning on the wrong wall.”

That is why when they were approached with the Amway business plan, they were eager to be mentored in creating a financial legacy. At 20 years old, both were able to live off their business income never to have a job again. In 2014, they retired Nick’s mom eight years earlier than she anticipated. They have created a large business organization around the world that is rapidly growing. A major passion of theirs is being full-time parents to their children, Jason and Justin Nwoke. Their life mission is to empower others and develop leaders around the world and they cannot wait to share with everyone some of the lessons they have learned along the way.

Founders Emeralds Andrie & Crystal Curry

In their early 20s, Andrie and Crystal made the decision to be in business for themselves. Andrie studied psychology while Crystal chose to pursue a career in the medical field. Although the work came to them naturally, neither felt as though they were maximizing their potential. "We knew that we'd be successful in anything we pursued. Our real concern was what would make us happy, and what would allow us to leave an impact and legacy." Andrie and Crystal started to look for alternative means of creating income. "Our parents worked hard but hard wasn't enough. We had to learn how to work smart."

When they learned about a possible business opportunity and mentorship program it almost seemed to good to be true. Although skeptical in the beginning, the heart of the organization is what eventually allowed them to sell out. The principles, standards, and vision of the team was everything they needed and wanted for their lives. Generating some considerable income and recently expanding internationally, Andrie and Crystal are excited about moving their business forward. Their purpose now is to empower people to make a difference in their lives through hard work, proper coaching, and a little Faith. 

Emeralds Kulsuma & Esmin Feratović

At ages of 18 and 19, Esmin and Kulsuma got started in the business mentorship program. Both came to United States from a third world country with their family to pursue the American dream. Following the system, they both went to colleges in NY with excellent academic performances and working part times jobs.  Esmin was studying to become a federal agent, while Kulsuma majored in Biology aspiring to be a Cardiac surgeon.  Although, they were financially struggling and came from very humbling backgrounds, they had high hopes to make their American Dream come true.   

However, Esmin and Kulsuma had a wake up call while in college, Esmin realizing the scarcity of job opportunities in the field and kulsuma realizing the amount of debts required to pursue medical school. They truly felt like an A player in a B game, a winner in a loosing system. They had the honor and privilege to get connected to their mentors that took them under their wing and helped them build a successful business. 

Today, Esmin and Kulsuma have built a massive business organization throughout the United States that is rapidly growing. They have truly adopted Bill Britt’s definition of success i.e. “how many lives are better off just because you lived”. Their mission is to continue to contribute in empowering, impacting people and developing leaders all around the world. 

Emeralds Carolina & Francisco Marte

Growing up with traditional business backgrounds, both Francisco and Carolina Marte decided to get started in business for themselves. Francisco’s dad owns stores and real estate all across New York City and starting at a young age Francisco started to help his dad run some of their locations. Francisco was always referred to as “Frankie’s son”, whenever he would come to help out - this empowered Francisco to one day have something of his own. While attending college, Francisco speaks of how he remembered hearing professors teaching him how to become a great employee to work for somebody else and he thought “Why can’t I be that “somebody” else?" Shortly after, Francisco met his mentor, earned his respect and has developed a business where he, together with his wife, Carolina, have impacted hundreds of lives.

Carolina’s family owns businesses in the Dominican Republic, where she was born and raised. Being brought up in that environment, she always knew she would eventually own her own business as well, but she didn’t know how or where to start. She eventually moved to New York and majored in Business Management while she worked on her modeling career. After a few years living in the States, she was contacted via social media by Francisco about the business and mentorship opportunity. She states “I automatically knew this is what I would do for the rest of my life to reach financial freedom by helping others.”

Francisco and Carolina have devoted their lives to helping others succeed and their goal is to make sure they impact people around the world and help them make a significant income at the same time.
